Quality is an integral part to achieving a world class competitive hospitality industry in the country. In line with this our vision at A + Quality Grading is ‘Recognising Excellence for Hotels & Resorts’ which means a product of comparative quality and guest experience must meet or exceed consumer aspirations.
 
Also raising of standards is crucial to the future development of the hospitality sector in India. For this we remain committed to enhance product, service and hygiene level of the sector.
 
Quality grading symbolize the level of service, range of facilities and quality of guest care that can be expected at each level. Hotels & Resorts are required to meet progressively higher standards as they move up the scale from econo to Platinum rating.
 
Quality Assessment
There are five levels of quality ranging from Econo to Platinum. To obtain a higher Star rating a progressively higher quality and range of services and physical facilities should be provided across all areas with particular emphasis in five key areas- cleanliness, service, food, bedrooms and bathrooms. Research indicates that quality is of key importance but visitors also expect the level of services and range of facilities in hotels to increase at each rating level.
